Hi all,

I am Sharath from Bangalore, the capital city of Karnataka also known as the garden city in India.
The website i have created here is a subject of interest to thousands of people through out the world.

I have been inspired to do this website after seeing a lots of websites on the Internet. What i observed was that most of the sites are contributed on "homing Pigeon" which are really famous for their ability to come back to their house from long distances. Though all pigeons do have this ability to find their house, the homing pigeon are considered as birds with greatest homing Ability.

This site has been mainly created by me to help beginners to have some good information about the "Tumbling" type of pigeons from India. These great and fascinating birds have been here in India from thousands of years. How these Strain came to India, were they originated here is anyhow not known till today, but there are a thousand of people who are indulged in this hobby and love their birds as much as their own children.

We here in Bangalore city mainly use these birds for competition purpose and all fanciers will have a great pride in their own blood lines. They would have obtained these strains from old fanciers sometimes freely or sometimes for money. But those who really like to grow this fancy just give it off to those who are most interested.
I would expect many fanciers through world wide to look at the breeds here in Bangalore city and correct me in any way of i am wrong. As this fancy has a lot of unknown secrets the deeper and deeper we go.

Dear freinds this is my first thread, would like to get info about this from all tumbler facniers and would like to make it more usefull for learners by providing more info about these birds annd their methods
